Event Text Msg Reminders - Text "follow AVHSBoysHockey" to 40404

You can receive game & event text message reminders by signing up for Twitter service.   After signing up you will receive text message reminders on the morning of each game day with the time and location of the game or event.   In addition you will receive news updates on game scores and other announcements.


Note: Standard text message rates will apply to messages received from Twitter based on your specific service provider plan.  Twitter text message delivery can occasionally be unreliable due to peak traffic on the Twitter servers, so we recommend you check our Twitter website or use a Twitter Application on your phone if you are not receiving texts when expected.

Existing Twitter Account?
You can signup to receive updates about games and events through your existing Twitter account by clicking on the twitter icon or by by texting "follow avhsboyshockey" to 40404 from your cell phone.

New to Twitter?
Signing up to receive text message updates couldn't be easier.   Just follow the steps below and you'll be receiving our "tweets" in no time.

    1. send a text from your cell phone to "40404" with message "follow avhsboyshockey"
    2. Twitter will respond back with "welcome..  please text "signup" to begin
    3. Text "signup" to 40404
    4. Twitter then asks for a Username
    5. Text "johnsmith" to 40404  
    6. You're Done!
You can cancel text message service at any time by texting "unfollow avhsboyshockey" to 40404.   To confirm that you have setup the service correctly text the message "get avhsboyshockey" to 40404 to see the last message.
